I was born in Qingdao, raised in Singapore, spent a few months in Norway, and am currently a naturalised Singaporean.

Early intercultural exposures have evoked a strong interest in multicultural studies in me. Right now, my research interest is centred on cultural tightness and its influence on creativity.
